At Ridgeline Academy, we believe that a strong, connected community is the foundation of a thriving school. The Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is proud to serve as a bridge between families, educators, and the broader school community. Our board is made up of dedicated parent volunteers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact through service, collaboration, and heart.Together, we work to support our students, empower our teachers, and create opportunities that enrich the educational experience for all. Whether we’re organizing events, raising funds, or simply lending a helping hand, our mission is rooted in unity, generosity, and the belief that we are stronger together.

Reignite Parent Engagement
We’re working to rebuild a vibrant, active parent community by creating inclusive, meaningful opportunities for families to volunteer, contribute, and connect. -
Support Our Teachers
One of our top priorities is ensuring that no teacher has to pay out of pocket for classroom supplies—especially in Arizona, which ranks second-lowest in the nation for average teacher pay. -
Increase Communication
We’re committed to clear, open communication about the PTO. -
Plan for Big Enhancements
We’re beginning to save for large-scale school improvements and want these decisions to reflect the voices of our entire community. -
Invite Community Input
We’re actively seeking ideas and feedback from both educators and families to help shape the future of our school environment. -
Engage Upper Campus Families
We’re focused on increasing involvement from parents of 7th–12th grade students, ensuring that our older students and their teachers feel supported and that families have meaningful ways to engage. -
Host Community-Building Events
We aim to bring families, staff, and students together through fun, inclusive events that strengthen our sense of connection and belonging.
