We’re creating a public idea board (like a whiteboard!) to share the suggestions we receive. This helps keep our process transparent and lets everyone see the creativity and care coming from our community.

Ridgeline Academy PTO Idea Board

Last year at the Eagle classic it was so much fun! However the course was a little difficult for kinders. Could we do the course and maybe a blow up one that they can run through?

I’m not sure if Kona Ice is a big money maker for the school, but I’d love to see a healthier option. Or at the very least alternate it with something more nutritious from time to time :)

Implemented!

A friend of mine at another school shared this idea and seems like a fun idea to celebrate the kiddos. Once a month, they do a birthday celebration for all the kids with birthdays that month. Simple treats like donuts, muffins, or fruit, and the kids get to celebrate together. My friend said it was low-effort but made a big impact (kids feel special, and it’s a fun, visible way for the PTO to support school culture).
